1974 saw the birth of The Drum Shop when first-call drummer Bruno Pizzata saw a great opportunity to share his passion for drums with the Perth drumming community. Fast forward a few years, and now the legendary The Drum Shop name lives proudly on with Kosmic Sound in Osborne Park.

The owner of Kosmic, John Goldsmith, is a working drummer himself. That passion for drums filters down from the top to the many drummers who work at the shop (even Ryan, who handles warranties in the warehouse, is a drummer!).
